Instituto Cervantes
The Instituto Cervantes is a state organisation created by the Spanish Parliament for the promotion of the language and culture of Spanish-speaking countries abroad. It is responsible for the management of the Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE).

Stockholms Universitet
Centre for Research on Bilingualism (Centrum för tvåspråkighetsforskning) produces the National Test of Swedish for Adult Immigrants, Sfi-provet at the request of the National Agency for Education. The Department of Scandinavian Languages (Institutionen för nordiska språk) at Stockholm University in co-operation with the Universities of Gothenburg, Linköping, Lund, Malmö, Umeå and Uppsala is responsible for producing, analysing and developing TISUS (Test In Swedish for University Studies).

Universidad de Salamanca
The University of Salamanca, by virtue of an agreement with the Instituto Cervantes, is in charge of developing, marking, setting and evaluating the tests leading to the Instituto Cervantes Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE).

Studieforbundet Folkeuniversitetet and the University of Bergen have been working together under the terms of a collaboration agreement since 1990. WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsyteme (Further Education Test Systems, Germany)
The WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH (Further Education Test Systems) is a not- for- profit institution organised in the form of a limited company under German charity law. The sole associate of the WBT is the Deutsche Volkshochschul-Verband e.V. (DVV).

Welsh Joint Education Committee, Wales
The Welsh Joint Education Committee (WJEC) was established in 1948, originally as a consortium of local education authorities. It is now established as the main provider of educational services in Wales, owned and controlled by the 22 unitary councils. The services provided include examinations (subject to the QCA / ACCAC code of practice), teacher / tutor training and producing Welsh language learning / teaching materials. The WJEC are at present responsible for providing examinations specifically for adults who are learning Welsh as a second language.

Riiklik Eksami- ja Kvalifikatsioonikeskus (National Examination and Qualification Centre, Estonia)
NEQC is the executive organisation of the Ministry of Education and National School Board in the organisation of national exams.

Republic of Latvia, Naturalisation Board
The Naturalization Board works under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice and deals with all issues pertaining to the citizenship of Latvia. One of its tasks is to organize the testing of proficiency in the Latvian language of applicants for citizenship, as well as to work out the content, requirements and assessment criteria for testing Latvian language proficiency.

Consortium formed by the International Education Centre of Moscow University and the Philology Department of St Petersburg State University.

The Centre for Slovene as a Second/Foreign Language in the Department of Slavonic Languages and Literatures of the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana.

University of Sofia, Bulgaria

TestDaF-Institut
The TestDaF-Institut develops and administers the TestDaF (Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache - Test of German as a foreign language). It is a non-profit institution affiliated to the University of Hagen and the Ruhr-University Bochum.

Ionad na dTeangacha, Ireland
Ionad na dTeangacha is the Language Centre, National University of Ireland, Maynooth which provides language instruction for university students and members of the public. In May 2005 the Language Centre began offering Irish language examinations for adults.

The Xunta de Galicia
The Xunta de Galicia is an organ of the Autonomous Government of Galicia, Spain which is developing examinations in Galego.
