The first two days of the meeting (7th and 8th November) were for ALTE Members and Affiliates. The two-day meeting was hosted by the Department of Lithuanian Studies, Vilnius University.
Friday 9th November, however, was an "open" conference day for all those with an interest in language testing. This one day conference was hosted by Department of Lithuanian Studies, Vilnius University and held in the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania
