Cito is a testing and measurement company of international repute. Cito is dedicated to serving the needs of educational institutions, governmental bodies and private organisations, in the field of assessment and evaluation. Cito also offers testing, assessment, counselling and training to organisations and individual teachers. Training institutes, companies and governments can turn to us for consultancy, product development, training and logistics. Cito is a founding member of the International Association for Educational Assessment, the IAEA.

At the request of the Dutch Minister of Education, Cito has developed, in collaboration with ICE, the Bureau for Intercultural Evaluation, two examinations in Dutch as a Second Language. The first qualifies successful candidates to undergo training and take up an occupation in the Netherlands . The other examination is a qualification for entry to higher education and the professions.
