International Conference Proceedings

ALTE organises international conferences every three years. Go to this page to find the proceedings of our international conferences, including papers from our cancelled 2020 conference.






Bi-annual Conference Materials

ALTE holds bi-annual meetings and conferences, with one conference day on a particular theme in language assessment open to the public. From 2018 onwards, we make public a conference bibliography and the presentation slides of the plenary speakers and workshops, where possible.

ALTE has produced some video presentations on different topics which will be a useful reference and resource for those involved in language assessment.

History Book

ALTE's History Book delves into the formation and development of the association between 1990 and 2020, seen from the eyes of those who were involved.
